"I'm not sure a full 5 stars will do justice to the amazing love and care Elisabeth & Josh bestowed upon our 11-month labradoodle, Willie. From the very start of the placement process, it was clear that they were not only offering their petsitting service, but also their genuine friendship. We connected multiple times prior to their sit, which helped settle some of our worries around leaving our pup behind and happily agreed to come to the house a day before we left to meet our family & Willie and get in-person instruction on his care routines. Beyond following all of the protocols for willie to the tee, Beth and Josh really took the time to CONNECT with Willie. They showered him with love, were patient with him as he slowly warmed up, took him to all his favorite adventure spots and even swam with him in the San Francisco Bay! They treated our home with the utmost respect and left everything in excellent condition. They shared daily pictures and texts with us so we could get glimpses of Willie and see how happy he was. They never hesitated to reach out if there were any questions or issues that surfaced during their stay. I truly believe I was able to enjoy our family vacation to the full potential because of how comfortable I was with them and the tremendous care they were taking of Willie. I can't say enough good things about these two. they are professionals with huge hearts. You would be lucky to have them stay with your pet."
